The Rule of thirds is a theory which helps magazines, newspapers and internet articles attract readers. This rule is simple. The page or picture is split into 9 squares, which covers the page or picture in its entirety. on the 9 square grid there are four focus points, these four focus
points are marked in red on the grid.
Magazine, newpapers and internet articles then put the most interesting and attracting images or main parts of the picutre in one of these focus points.
